Crispy Asian Beef w/ Rice from kitchen of Ryan Brandt

Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. of hoisin
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic chili sauce or sambal chili past for heat (optional)
1 tsp ginger (fresh grated is best)
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground meat
Toasted sesame seeds
Green onion

Directions
1. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl till sugar dissolves, set aside.
2. Brown meat using dbChopper till dark and a little crispy.
3. Add sauce and cook through on low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring

*Serve with rice, toasted sesame seeds and green onion
