Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Tbl. Butter
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean frozen original breakfast sausage
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean frozen hot breakfast sausage
2 packets of Country Gravy dry mix
2 cups Milk, continue adding to desired thickness
1 container, 5 count, Pillsbury flaky buttermilk biscuits

 

Preparation:

Cook biscuits per instructions.

Chop and brown sausages using the dbCHOPPER to preferred consistency, reduce excess fat

Add butter to skillet, melt and stir into sausage 

Sprinkle gravy packets and mix in thoroughly

Pour in milk while stirring, continue adding milk until desired thickness

Cook to bubbling, reduce heat and simmer on low until ready to serve
Ladle over freshly baked biscuits
